It's so foggy out right now that the world looks like one of those cloud cities from "Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back". You know, the part when they go visit Lando Calrissian. I would take pictures but my rechargeable batteries don't seem to be charging anymore. Lame.

I'm worried about updates for my fics this week. Last week there were some serious, and very upsetting personal issues that I had to deal with, so I took a week off. This week, I seem to be busy out of nowhere.

I think I can write Wednesday, though, so expect an "In Ruins" chapter somewhere around Thursday night, and another "Always Walking After You" chapter right after that. I might try to write (slightly) shorter chapters in the hopes of writing and posting chapters a little faster.

Fic rec of the week:
An Introduction to Swirl and Daisy by m81170

Summary: A first kiss, a first dance, a first curse word shared between best friends. This is the tale of a boring young geek and the social pariah who thought the world of him. A tale of growing up. A tale of a Non-Romantic Romance.

I can not say enough good things about this fic, and thank the ladies over at getoffamylawn for introducing me to it. Swirl and Daisy is the most adorable, smile-inducing fic I've ever read. It's fluff for people who don't do fluff.

Personally, I tend to favor a very select number of fluff writers, preferring heartfail and angst instead. This fic makes me forget that there's none of my usual angsty goodness, because the characters are amazing. This Edward is the most adorable Edward I've ever met, and Bella's 13 year old voice will bring you straight back to jr. high.

Read it. Love it.
